The name "Vrddhi," derived from Sanskrit, signifies growth, development, and progress, reflecting the organization's vision to become India's largest exchange of knowledge and learning.
A firm believer that only trainers can bring real change, Sandeep has built a community of over 300 trainers equipped to inspire and drive positive impact. As a Business Coach, Motivational Speaker, and National Trainer for JCI India, his expertise has influenced professionals, institutions, and corporate houses nationwide. His contributions extend to top institutions and corporate giants, and he has led numerous Faculty Development Programs to enhance teaching and leadership effectiveness.
Recipient of the Rastrapathi Award for excellence in the Scouts movement, Sandeep holds an MBA in Marketing & HR, with certifications from NEF-SUNY, USA, in STEM education. He is also the creator of "Gameathon," an experiential learning program designed to equip trainers and HR professionals with activity-based facilitation techniques. I had always been passionate about becoming a trainer, but I had no clear idea how to start or build a career in this field.
